I am an experienced professional in the outdoor recreation industry, with a history of leadership in guiding and tripping.  I strongly believe in the value of guiding to encourage the development of confidence, resiliency, and skill development in people of all ages.  My passions in the outdoor recreation industry lie in using outdoor exploration to empower and educate youth, and build community capacity for positive environmental and social change.
